Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Eligible issues
If your order arrives with one of the following issues, we will review it for a replacement or refund:
- wrong product, size, colour, or design
- product damaged on arrival
- manufacturing defect
- major printing error
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- your MOSHN order number
- clear photographs of the product
- photographs showing the issue
- a short description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, MOSHN may provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Not eligible
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selected by the customer
- minor colour differences caused by screens or printing
- normal minor variations in the product
- delays caused by courier partners

Shipping & delivery
FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA
MOSHN currently ships across India.
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch according to our fulfillment schedule. Orders placed before the daily production cut-off are generally dispatched the following business day. Orders placed after the cut-off may be processed on the following working day. Sundays and bank holidays may cause additional delays.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our control.
Cash on delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders.
Any applicable COD charges will be shown during checkout.
Our fulfillment partner currently applies COD charges based on order value, so the final amount may vary.
delivery issues
If your package arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
